Pediatric Partners of Augusta Open late after hours

Pediatric Partners offers After Hours Urgent Care Facility

Pediatric Partners knows that kids don’t get sick or injured between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Urgent care for kids could be needed just about any time, which is why we provide patients with our After Hours Clinic at our Evans location that is open 365 days a year.

Having access to your pediatrician every day of the week provides a great peace of mind for parents. If your child is sick or gets injured on a Saturday or Sunday, you don’t have to take him or her to a prompt care facility where adults also are being seen. Such facilities are usually staffed by general practitioners or physicians’ assistants who do not specialize in pediatric urgent care.

Coming to the Pediatric Partners of Augusta After Hours Clinic ensures continuity of care. That means you see the same doctors and staff whom you’ve always seen. We know your child and his or her medical history, and parents don’t have to worry whether the records from your visit will get sent to your pediatrician.

Without other options, parents often seek pediatric urgent care at the nearest hospital ER. There are, indeed, times when emergencies warrant a trip to the emergency room – severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, broken bones, etc. A sick child who needs to see a pediatrician shouldn’t have to be exposed to the wait times and various illnesses that are associated with emergency rooms.

The Pediatric Partners of Augusta After Hours Clinic is at our Evans office, 411 Town Park Blvd. The Evans office is open 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and the After Hours Clinic is open 5:30-8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 1-6 p.m. weekends and holidays.

Pediatric Partners has three locations to better serve our patients. The Evans office is at 411 Town Park Blvd.; the downtown Augusta office is at 1303 D’Antignac St., Suite 2600; and the new Grovetown office is at 5135 Wrightsboro Road.
