Why your child needs to visit the doctor this summer:
- The better our child’s baseline health, the better the ill be able to fight an infection or stressor
- It is vital that our child’s vaccines are up to date.
- Chronic medical conditions like asthma, allergies or diabetes must be optimally managed
- Children with learning differences, focus-related issues or other disabilities miss services that help learning
- Physical distancing, social isolation, and child and family stressors during this crisis are greatly affecting the mental health of children and their caretakers
