How The Self-Service Tool Works:
- Simply click on the URL link or copy and paste into your browser search bar: https://pss-prntriage.keonahealth.com/selfservicescheduling?practice=32408
- Enter information asked on the screen.
- Once submitted correctly, you will receive a confirmation and a reference number (reference number will be the same as note ID).
The information goes directly into the triage queue for the nurse to access.
