Need A Shot Record? - The time has come to begin registering for school. If you need an immunization form, please contact your doctor directly via our contact page. Please allow us a 24 hour time period to expedite your request!
After Hours Care Information - Did you know that Pediatric Partners keeps a pediatric primary care physician available after hours and on weekends? For urgent care only one of our pediatricians will be available after normal office hours Monday through Friday and in the afternoons on Saturday and Sunday. To speak to our staff or determine if you need to be seen call 854-2500.

On January 26th at 7pm in our Evans Office, Dr. Cannady will talk about what to expect when you bring your new little baby home as well as how to care for your new addition. Ideal for new parents as well as expecting parents. Come join us and bring a friend.
January 14, 2012 - Care and Feeding of ....YOU!!!!
Come join Dr. Jennifer Ligon this Tuesday evening, Jan 17th at 7 PM at our Evans office to learn about how to take care of age appropriate common illnesses at home - colds + coughs, stomach upsets, diaper rash and other frequent concerns. Snacks and handouts will be provided. Please come and bring a friend!
December 22, 2011 - HOLIDAY SCHEDULES
Both of our offices will be closed on Monday, December 26th and Monday, January 2nd, 2012. Our AfterHours Clinic will be open on both of these days from 1 - 6 PM.
October 31, 2011 - OUR LAST FLU CLINICS!!
Our last flu clinics at Evans will be as follows: Thursday, Nov. 3rd and Thursday Nov 10, 6 - 8 PM. Our last flu clinic at our downtown office will be: Tuesday, Nov 29 from 6 - 8 PM. Remember, we can give the vaccine to parents as well!
