How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment call our telephone center between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm or request an appointment by email using our 'Contact PPA' link. To find the office closest to you see our Office Hours section which has addresses and maps to our locations.

Pediatric Partners accepts most major insurances, but please check with the appointment desk to ensure that we are contracted with your carrier.

How are appointments scheduled?

Pediatric Partners uses three types of appointments for scheduling:

WELL CHILD APPOINTMENTS

These appointments may be scheduled as much as one year in advance. Usually well visits are scheduled on the hour and on the half-hour. We encourage parents to keep up with all the recommended well visits - this will be the best step in keeping your child healthy.

RECHECK APPOINTMENTS

These appointments are usually scheduled no more than three months in advance. They are intended to allow convenient scheduling for a long term problem that requires repeated care.

SICK APPOINTMENTS

These appointments are scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. We always maintain many open sick appointments at the start of each day to allow acutely ill patients to obtain prompt visits.

AFTER HOURS VISITS

Monday through Friday we keep our Evans office open until 8:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm. This is to see acutely ill patients promptly when they cannot possibly get in during regular office hours. We encourage all our patients to reserve this time for urgent illnesses. This is not a good time to bring in a child for a mild or long term problem.

How do I know which office my doctor is in?

Each of our pediatricians uses one of our two offices as a 'home' office. (See our 'About PPA' section for more on this), but they may also practice in another office that is closer to their patients. It doesn't take long to learn which day your pediatrician may be away from his/her main office. No matter which office location you need, just call our telephone center at 854-2500 and they will direct you to the right place.

How do I make 'On-line' appointments?

This is easy! Just go to our 'Contact PPA' link and request an appointment by sending a message to appointments@pedpartners.com.

On-line email appointments should be requested at least 7 days in advance and PLEASE provide your child's name and date of birth, your doctor's name, the location you desire, the reason for the appointment, and some time span for us to accomodate. You should then hear back from us in no more than 2 working days.
